One of the most important things to remember when submitting a claim is not to submit a false claim. The number one reason not to submit a false claim is because you can get into legal trouble and possibly even be arrested. 

The second reason not to submit a false claim is because it can negatively affect the disbursement between the individuals who actually deserve to be awarded. Many people do not realize that submitting a claim actually only takes a few minutes and some of the settlements can be huge.
